Returns policy
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is covered when the return results from an incorrect or defective item.
Refund timing includes return transit, inspection and processing, and your bank processing the refund request. Many refunds arrive sooner, but the complete process may take up to four weeks.
Shipping a return
Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the current return address and instructions. Unless the product is incorrect or defective, return shipping costs are the customer responsibility and are non-refundable.
For higher-value shipments, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
